When your order is sent to from our warehouses, you will receive a e-mail confirmation email with the estimated delivery date. In the same email you will receive a tracking link of the logistics company in charge of your order so that you can track it at all times. With the your shipment referenceYou will be able to arrange delivery with them, change the address, etc.

Where do we send?
Our online shop from incense y essences, Inciensoshop delivers to Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We are working on international shipments in the future.
Delivery times of the essences and incense package
Delivery time for standard shipments is 24/48 peninsular zone. In case of non-peninsular area (Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands) as they travel by air or by sea, we deliver in 3 to 4 working days.
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
If 10 days have passed since you received the confirmation and you have not received your package, please contact us.
How to get free shipping in our online incense and essences shop?
To qualify for free shipping on Peninsular Spain the order must be more than 35€. The Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the amount of the purchase must be greater than 50€ and in the case of Canary Islands the purchase must be more than 70€ in order to enjoy the free delivery.
