Delivery times of the essences and incense package
Delivery time for standard shipments is 24/48 peninsular zone. In case of non-peninsular area (Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands) as they travel by air or by sea, we deliver in 3 to 4 working days. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. If 10 days have passed since you received the confirmation and you have not received your package, please contact us.
How to get free shipping in our online incense and essences shop?
To qualify for free shipping on Peninsular Spain the order must be more than 35€. The Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the amount of the purchase must be greater than 50€ and in the case of Canary Islands the purchase must be more than 70€ in order to enjoy the free delivery.
